The final balance must be paid by August 15th—if full payment is not received by this date, your reservation will be cancelled and made available to another person.
Once you have your reservation confirmation, I will message you to find out if you are wanting the 3 night or 4 night option, and who the second person is in the reservation.

Check-in for retreat starts about 4:30-5pm. Check out for everyone is 9: am on Sunday. (I have to be cleared out by 10am)
I will make a Facebook Group for all the attendees to help with all information and connections with everyone in the group. This will be a good place to connect and maybe coordinate some travel/carpool options.
Retreat Liability & Guest Responsibility
Attendance at the retreat is voluntary and at your own risk. By attending, guests acknowledge and accept full responsibility for their own health, safety, dietary needs, allergies, medications, physical limitations, and personal wellbeing during the retreat.
The retreat host(s), property owner(s), and affiliates are not liable for any injuries, illnesses, allergic reactions, accidents, losses, or medical emergencies that may occur before, during, or after the retreat.
Due to the nature of the retreat property, location, shared accommodations, and limited resources, not all dietary, medical, mobility, or personal accommodation requests may be feasible or able to be provided.
Guests are encouraged to contact us prior to booking to discuss any specific needs and determine whether this retreat environment will be a good fit.
