DIY Kit FAQ

  • All DIY Kits come come unfinished (not painted) & unassembled (not glued)
  • Supplies do not come with the kits (unless specified).  You will need to supply paint, glue, ribbon, twine, string etc to finish your project as desired.

What is your turnaround time?

We do our best to cut, fulfill and ship orders within 7 to 10 Business days.  Each wood kit is cut to order. During the holidays, when orders are heavy and shipping companies are delayed, we advise to order your projects in plenty of time so you can receive your kits with enough time to make them as intended.

Do you all accept returns or exchanges?

Returns and exchanges are currently not accepted.  Please see Returns & Refunds.

What are your business hours?

We are open Monday thru Friday from 9am to 4:30 pm Pacific Time.

We currently do not accept custom designs or requests.
 
SHIPPING:

How much is shipping?

We have flat rate shipping based on order amounts:
$0 - $35.00 = $ 6.00 shipping
$35.01 - $99.99 = $14 shipping
$100+ = Free Shipping

When does my order ship? 

Wood Kits are cut to order, in the order they are received.  We do our best to ship orders out within 7 to 10 business days.

We do not cut on the weekends. Orders are fulfilled and shipped Monday - Friday. 

Do you all ship to Internationally?

We currently only ship to the continental United States .

Do you offer local pick up?

Yes, local pickup is available in Vancouver, Washington.  Please select the local pick up option at checkout. An email with the address and pick up instructions will be emailed to you when your order is ready.
